Winter is such an under used time of year to get married. I do understand that its cold,especially if you live in Minnesota like I do. However there are so many benefits to getting married during this time of year.
Benefit 1. More choices for location. You don’t have the same stress as a summer or fall bride in having to book your wedding venues a year in advance. So if your having a short engagement consider a winter wedding.
Benefit 2. Its cheaper. Most venues this time of year have a reduced cost since its a slow time of year. And as long as you pick in season flowers it will save you a bundle.
Benefit 3. If you live in a location with a lot of snow travel can be hard for your guest but it will also be a time when most people are available and flights are cheaper making travel a much more manageable cost for your guests.
